Porthcawl u3a offers a huge range of activities, groups, trips and social events to members in the 'third' stage of life. There will be an Open Day on Saturday 20th September from 10.30 until 2.30 in the YMCA on John Street.
Come along and find out more about the over 40 activity groups and range of talks, visits and social events that are available. Refreshments will be available along with stalls representing many of the groups and an exhibition of pottery, crafts and paintings that have been created by some of our members.
There is no age limit to joining u3a, but it is aimed at people who are no longer in full time employment. A friendly welcome is extended to everyone. It can be a life saver to anyone who has just retired or recently moved to the area.
