SUBJECT TO CONTRACT AND CAPACITY AVAILABILTY

Reserved Capacity

4 slots of 36CU are reserved to broadcast a maximum of FOUR C-DSP services at up to 48k DAB+

The rate card for each 36CU slot is £1,620 + VAT per annum

This is a 50% discount to the rate charged to DSP holders.

• To apply for this capacity applicants must hold a C-DSP licence and accept our terms of trading.
• Capacity is allocated in line with our Capacity Allocation Policy.
• Under the terms of our licence any untaken C-DSP space must remain reserved but unused and therefore we will only offer reserved capacity in allocations of 36CU/48k DAB+.
• Payment terms are annual prepayment in advance and a minimum contract term of 1 year.
• Prices increase annually on the anniversary of the multiplex launch by the higher of the RPI annual % increase for the preceding December and 5%.
