Competition Notice – Additional Terms & Conditions – ‘Nation Player App’ competition (‘Competition’)

1. This competition is organised and promoted by Nation Broadcasting Limited of St Hilary Transmitter, St Hilary, Cowbridge, CF71 7DP (“Nation”).
2. The competition is running across stations available on the Nation Player app. The participating radio stations in the Nation Player Network are:

2. Nation Radio Wales operated by Nation Radio Limited
3. Nation Radio North East operated by Sun FM Limited
4. Nation Radio Scotland operated by Nation Radio Scotland Limited
5. Nation Radio Suffolk operated by Ipswich 102 Limited
6. Dragon Radio operated by Dragon Radio Limited
7. Radio Pembrokeshire operated by Haven FM (Pembrokeshire) Limited
8. Radio Carmarthenshire operated by Radio Carmarthenshire Limited
9. Nation Radio Yorkshire operated by Nation Broadcasting Investments (East) Limited

3. This Competition is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here: Nation General Competition Terms. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions. Where there is a conflict, this Competition notice takes precedence.

Eligibility

4. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK. Residents of the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not eligible to enter.
5. The following are not eligible to enter:
   a. Employees and agents of Nation Broadcasting, their owners, subsidiaries, or associate companies, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition.
   b. Any person residing at the same residential address as those listed above.
   c. Immediate family members (parents, grandparents, children, siblings, including in-laws) of the above.
6. Proof of age and eligibility may be required. Nation Broadcasting may request identification before awarding the prize.

How to Enter

7. The Competition will be available via the Nation Player app. Entrants must complete the entry form on the hidden competition page linked within the app.
8. No purchase is necessary to enter.
9. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be counted.
10. Entries must be received before midnight on Saturday 28^th February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be valid.
11. Internet access and the Nation Player app are required for entry.

Prize

12. The prize is an Amazon Fire TV Stick.
13. There will be a total of 4 winners.
14. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be given.
15. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Nation Broadcasting’s control, Nation Broadcasting reserves the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection & Notification

16. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
17. The winner will be contacted by phone/email within 7 working days of the competition closing.
18. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, or fails to provide the required information, Nation Broadcasting reserves the right to award the prize to another eligible entrant.

Publicity

18. By entering, you agree that Nation Broadcasting may publish and publicise your name, image, social media handle/profile picture, nearest geographical location (e.g., nearest town/city/county), and association with the Competition in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, solely for publicity purposes related to the Competition.

Liability

19. Nation Broadcasting accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, system failure, network failure, or any other reason beyond Nation’s control.
20. Nation Broadcasting accepts no liability for how the winner uses the prize.
21. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nation Broadcasting will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage caused by taking up the prize.

Data Protection

22. Personal data provided in connection with the Competition will be processed in accordance with Nation Broadcasting’s Privacy Policy, which explains how your data is used and your rights as a data subject. See: Nation Privacy Policy.
23. Personal data may also be disclosed to Ofcom or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes.

Other Rules

24. Nation Broadcasting reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entrants whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the Competition, to amend these Terms on reasonable notice, or to cancel/suspend the Competition where circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
25. The determination and decision of Nation Broadcasting regarding the Competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
