Nation Radio is proud to be the official media partner for the HMS Collingwood Open Day 2026 – a fantastic family day out packed with entertainment, military displays and unique behind-the-scenes experiences.

Visitors can watch teams battle it out in the exciting Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity (RNRMC) Field Gun Competition, with the coveted field gun trophy up for grabs. You'll also have the chance to tour a Royal Navy bridge simulator and discover how officers are trained to safely navigate some of the world's most advanced warships.

The Military Engagement Zone will feature an impressive collection of static military displays, including tanks, aircraft and helicopters, while the Royal Navy Parachute Display Team will make a spectacular appearance in one of the event arenas.

With live music, entertainment throughout the day and plenty to see and do for all ages, HMS Collingwood Open Day promises a memorable day out for the whole family.
