Nation Broadcasting is expanding our team

Do you love working in sales but would like something a little more exciting - without losing your current sales pipeline? How about a guaranteed commission of £1,500 paid across your first three months, to help you get settled while you build your client pipeline with Nation Broadcasting?

What we are looking for:

Account Manager - South Coast of England / Southampton / Dorset / Hampshire / Bournemouth

An established Account Manager ideally with previous experience in selling multi-media campaigns. You must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable with meeting sales targets. Strong organisational skills will be a necessity.

Ultimately, radio sales is all about self-motivation, great relationship building, commercial acumen, and above all a can-do attitude. As well as this, it’s important that you can demonstrate a passion for radio and our brands.

What the job entails:

As an Account Manager for Nation Broadcasting, you will be managing an established set of customer accounts. You will need to know your local territory and be able to spot commercial opportunities by generating new business leads and identifying, understanding and satisfying current client’s business requirements. It will be your job to co-ordinate, manage and deliver fantastic radio solutions for your clients on Nation Broadcasting radio stations. Ultimately, you will be expected to meet individual monthly sales targets.

We will provide:

Full support from the local management team and our Digital and Sponsorship & Promotions teams. Salary is based on experience with uncapped commission, car allowance, laptop, printer and mobile phone are provided.

Working at Nation Broadcasting your time will be a mix of being out in the field, working from home, along with the opportunity to catch up face to face with your colleagues.
