Our group, which started as the Hull Manic Depression Fellowship, has been meeting and offering support for almost 30 years to many people.

At the group we offer support and guidance on all things bipolar, and we welcome those who have a diagnosis and people who are undiagnosed, but think they may have the condition, their friends and relations.
It is FREE to attend.
As Bipolar UK co facilitators, we have the necessary CRB checks and are well trained in running the group.
We have recently changed the date and place of our monthly meetings to the 2nd Thursday of every month at the Holiday Express, Ferensway between 7pm - 9pm.
The first meeting at this new venue is on Thursday the 8th January, and then as follows:-
Thursday 12 February; Thursday 12 March; Thursday 9 April; Thursday 14 May; Thursday 11 Jun; Thursday 9 July; Thursday13 August; Thursday 10 September; Thursday 8 October; Thursday 12 November; Thursday 10 December 2026.
It is very close to the Interchange, and accessible to people arriving by public transport, including trains and has an undercover carpark.
