Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance (DSAA), in partnership with Vobster Quay, is launching DARE to BARE, a sponsored topless swim for women designed to raise vital funds while helping break the stigma around women receiving emergency CPR.

Taking place on 23 August at Vobster Quay, the event is open to women aged 18 and over and aims to encourage awareness around chest access during emergencies and build confidence in delivering CPR when every second matters.

Participants can choose from short, medium, or long-distance open water swims and will also take part in a CPR and defibrillator awareness session. Entry costs £30, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.
