Starting at Lawrenny Sports Club from 2PM runners will depart in waves. There will be no official timing. Enjoy the day! Have a few pints and a packet of crisps. Listen to your music. Take as many breaks as you like. Enjoy the Views. Take plenty of pictures.

There will be a refreshment station half way round for all participants. Bar, BBQ, buffet, raffle and live music at the finish line.

There is ample parking at event. Camper vans and tents also welcome free of charge. Changing and shower facilities provided.

Online registration now open. Registration fee includes water station refreshments, finish line refreshments and finishers medal. Finisher T-shirt available as an optional extra.
