Narbelles WI ~ March Meeting & Tai Ji with Sian May
Sian May will be joining us at our March meeting, to talk about Tai Ji (Chi).
There will be the opportunity to participate, if you would like to do so, then please wear comfortable clothes & shoes & bring a water bottle if wanted.
It is very gentle & can be adapted for anyone wishing to use a chair, etc.
It is £5 for the first three visits by non-members, giving the chance to try, before paying a subscription. This includes refreshments.
Raffle tickets are £1.
