Monday Session
Amethyst Bio Mat Bed (30 minute sessions)
Single Guided meditation (45 minutes+)
Tuesday session
IET sessions for all (1 hour per sessions)
Wednesday session
Craft Making classes 10.00 till 1.00pm
Indian Head Massage (45 minutes+)
Thursday sessions
Reflexology for Hands or Feet (45 minutes+)
Relaxation with Heather Surviving Stress. 10.30 am - 1.00pm (Free to all members and family members undergoing treatment or not)

Havening Healing with Jo
