This open event is suitable for individuals from the ages of 15 years old right up to masters.

Races include:

- U17 (15-16 Years Old)
- U20 (17-19 Years Old)
- Senior (20-39 Years Old)
- MV40 (40-49 Years Old)
- MV50 (50-59 Years Old)
- MV60 (6--69 Years Old)
- MV70 (70-79 Years Old)
- MV80 (80+ Years Old)
