Have you tried Scottish Country Dancing? It's very gentle exercise and you don't need to bring a partner - just a pair of soft shoes!
Lots of people are doing it, all over the world and especially in Pembrokeshire.
A 5 week course of taster sessions at Pembrokeshire College on Wednesday evenings from 6.30 to 8.30 pm starting May 1st - only £15 for the full course!
