May 4th 5th and 6th. A festival of music dance and storytelling happening all around Richmond Town center and in the castle keep.

This year is our third Mayfest festival and it is bigger and better than ever. Most of the entertainment is free. There is something for everyone. Medieval combat reenactors camping in the castle keep, strolling musicians, punch and Judy, maypole dancing Morris sides, folk singing and sea shanty in the festival tavern.
