We came to Gnoll Country Park last year and fell completely in love with it. So we're back. 26th, 27th and 28th June, and this time we're bringing the full Big Food Festival experience with us.
Big Food Festival is a free to attend street food festival that has been popping up across South Wales and building a serious reputation for doing things properly. Great traders, great drinks, great atmosphere. No filler, no faff. Just a brilliant weekend out with your people.
This June we're taking over the Gnoll for three days of the best street food in the region. Around 20 handpicked traders will be set up and serving from 11am each day, covering everything from loaded, saucy, smoky mains to sweet treats worth every minute of the queue. Every trader is chosen carefully. No two cuisines are the same. Whether you're after something big and messy or something a little more refined, you'll find it somewhere on site.
Street food done right is one of the best things going. There's something about standing in a field with something incredible in your hands, sun out, music on, people everywhere, that just hits differently. That's exactly what Big Food Festival is built around. The food is always the main event but everything around it is designed to make the whole day feel special.
The bars will be fully loaded all weekend. We're talking Tiny Rebel on draft, AU Vodka, NICE Wines and cocktails to keep things interesting from the first pour to the last. Whether you're after something cold and easy or something a bit more exciting, the bar has got you sorted.
Live entertainment runs throughout the weekend, with music setting the tone from the moment you arrive. Add in market stalls, kids activities including bracelet making, and the genuinely stunning backdrop of Gnoll Country Park and you've got a weekend that earns its place in your diary.
The Gnoll is one of those venues that feels made for an event like this. Green, open, beautiful. Last year's crowd absolutely loved it and we can't wait to see what this year brings.
Tickets are free and available now at skiddle.com/e/42338973. Gates open at 11am each day with last entry at 7pm. The festival runs until 9.30pm.
Family friendly. Dog friendly. Bring everyone.
We'll see you at the Gnoll.
