An Evening of Film Music – Summer Concert in Guildhall Square

On Friday 1st August, an evening of film music by the legendary composer, John Williams, from big screen classics Star Wars, Jurassic Park, JFK, Jaws, Saving Private Ryan, Harry Potter, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Schindler’s List, ET and more will fill the air.

You can take your chairs, or a seat on the Guildhall steps, and enjoy what will be an electric, full orchestra performance of some of the greatest scores ever written.

On Saturday 2nd August, a party atmosphere is guaranteed as Guildhall Square comes to life with the music of ABBA!

Dance the night away with a celebration of the Swedish pop superstars featuring all the hits including Waterloo, SOS, Voulez Vous, Super Trooper, Fernando, Mamma Mia, Gimme, Gimme, Gimme and Dancing Queen.

Performed by a quartet of West End singers, accompanied by the full Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra, this is ABBA as you have never heard them before!
