Across Wearside you can find us on 103.4FM.

In Durham we're on 102.8 and 106.8FM

In Darlington we're on 103.2 and 102.6FM

You may need to retune your car radio manually to find the strongest signal.

DAB Digital Radio

You can hear us in Newcastle/Gateshead, Tynemouth/South Shields, Co Durham/Darlington and Middlesbrough/Redcar.
