The Promoter: Nation Broadcasting is running this competition on behalf of Nation Radio North East.

Dates: From Monday 7 September to Friday 11 September 2026. Closes at 8:30am each morning.

• Exclusions: Employees of Nation Broadcasting, the prize provider, their immediate families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
• Proof of Eligibility: Proof of age, identity, and eligibility may be requested. The Promoter reserves the right to verify this before awarding any prize.
• Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or attempts to manipulate the Promotion.

• Selection: Winner(s) will be selected in accordance with the specific entry mechanic used.
• Final Decision: The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Contact & Response Window: The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided at entry.
• Redraw Clause: If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 48 hours, or is unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• Alternate Draw (24-Hour Rule): If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of the Promoter's first attempt to make contact, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner without further notice.

• Excluded Expenses: Any travel, accommodation, spending money, or additional expenses not specifically stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Availability: All prizes are subject to availability.
• No Alternatives: The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
• Substitution: If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
• Third-Party Terms: Ticket terms and conditions issued by the event organiser or venue also apply. Any specified dates are non-transferable unless agreed by the provider.
• Event Cancellation: If the prize relates to a third-party event, the Promoter is not responsible for postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation. No compensation or cash alternative will be offered.
• Delivery Risk: Once posted or couriered, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

On Air Entry

• Send a WhatsApp message to 07740 938 500 containing the right answer.
• Your answer must be spelt correctly.
• Messages must be received during the stated entry window.
• Standard data charges from your mobile network may apply.
• One entry per person unless otherwise stated.
• A winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• If the selected caller provides an incorrect answer or disconnects before completing the competition, the presenter may select another caller.
• The selected caller must correctly answer any competition question, where applicable, to win.

• Technical Issues: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed, incomplete, or undelivered due to technical reasons beyond reasonable control.
• Cancellation or Amendment: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion or these terms at any time due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Publicity: By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity if requested. This includes the use of their name, photograph, voice recording, and/or town of residence across radio, web, and social channels without payment.
• Data Protection: Personal data will be processed solely for the administration of the Promotion in accordance with Nation Broadcasting's Privacy Policy, unless the entrant has separately opted in to marketing.
