What’s On at Christmasville?

The Elf Emporium
Step into an unforgettable immersive theatre experience for the whole family. Guided by the delightful Warden of Wonders and their cheeky apprentice Pip, journey through three magical realms packed with live performances, puppetry, and stunning visual effects. It’s a festive storybook brought to life.

Santa’s Grotto
Step through a magical doorway to the North Pole and meet Father Christmas himself. Children will enjoy a heartwarming story about the true spirit of giving, share their Christmas wishes, and receive a special North Pole gift and a keepsake photo to treasure.

The Bauble Bar
Indulge in mulled wine, delicious festive bites, and sweet treats under a glowing canopy of twinkling lights. Opening from 15th November, The Bauble Bar is free to enter, but from 21st November, priority will be given to ticket holders

Nation Broadcasting’s Promotion 'WIN a Festive Adventure with Christmasville at Gunwharf Quays' (‘Promotion’) is organised by Nation Broadcasting. The promotion will run from Saturday 1st November 2025 at 00:00 until Tuesday 18th November 2025 at 23:59 across Nation Radio South.

The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Competition Terms’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:

To enter the Promotion, you must enter via the entry form.

Online entry is free of charge.

Only correct entries will be counted.

Only one entry per person will be counted.

This competition is open to persons ages 18 or over on date of entry.

Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter.

You must select the correct answer from the multiple choice options.

All correct entries will be pooled, and two winners will be chosen at random.

There will be a total of two winners.

Prize per winner is x1 Family of four trip to Christmasville, including Elf Emporium and Santa's Grotto experiences, x1 Giggling Squid gift card, value £100, x1 gift card for a GWQ store brand of the winner's choice*, value £100.

The Winner must claim the applicable prize within 14 days of the prize notification.

The winner(s) will need to collect the Prize at the following address: Guest Services at Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth, PO1 3TZ, as instructed by the Prize Provider.

If the prize(s) is unclaimed after the time specified, Gunwharf Quays reserve the right to offer the prize(s) to another winner selected in accordance with these terms.

Prize does not include any necessary travel/transport that the winner may require to redeem their prize.

The prize(s) cannot be redeemed for cash, cash alternative or any other form of compensation.

If the Winner is unable to accept the prize or any portion of the prize for any reason, Gunwharf Quays shall have no further obligation to the Winner.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms

Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the promotion.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. ID such as passport or drivers’ licence to confirm name and address of winner will be required.

Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries., Winner’s details will be passed onto Gunwharf Quays to arrange delivery of the prize. Entrants’ details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless the entrants have ticked an opt in box.
