A weekend filled with iconic 80s music, family friendly entertainment, racing action, car and motorbike clubs, legendary machines, fun fair and much more, all at the fastest race circuit in the UK.

The theme of Thruxton Retro for 2026 is ‘Back to the 80s’. A nostalgic nod to the 80s, an era of big fun, big hair and even bigger tunes. The site will be full of attractions, displays, great food and drink, and on-site camping for those looking to stay over and join the party.

Competition rules

Nation Broadcasting’s Promotion 'WIN Tickets to Thruxton 80's Retro' (‘Promotion’) is organised by Nation Broadcasting. The promotion will run from Friday 19th June 2026 at 16:00 until Thursday 2nd July 2026 at 18:59 across Nation Radio South and Nation Radio Easy

The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Competition Terms’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:

To enter the Promotion you must participate with the game mechanic during Leigh Jones at Drivetime between Monday 15th June 2026 and Thursday 18th June 2026.

You must correctly answer the question in the Online Competiton

Only correct entries will be counted. 

Only one entry per person will be counted. 

There will be one winner per day and a total of four winners

A winner will be chosen at random from all the correct entries.  

Prize per winner: x1 family ticket (2 adults, 2 children) to Convoy Cymru at Pembrey Circuit, 20-21 June 2026.

All prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Prize does not include any necessary travel/transport that the winner may require to redeem their prize.

We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms

Entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by participating in the promotion.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered. ID such as passport or drivers’ licence to confirm name and address of winner will be required.

Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details will be passed onto the ticket vendor to arrange delivery of the prize. Entrants’ details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless the entrants have ticked an opt in box.
