Hi I'm Simon, a 54 year old Ipswich Train conductor who is swimming the equivalent of the channel for Diabetes UK. Ill be swimming at Crown pools Ipswich. ( in the leisure area as i like to swim against the waves). I have plenty of time to swim 22 miles so i wont be doing it all in one day.
I am swimming alone at the moment but any support would be appreciated
