Get on your bike and help save lives!

Get in gear and join supporters new and old for a scenic, coastal and mostly flat bike ride from Cardiff to Llanelli on Sunday 6th September.

You'll start at [TCB], pass through Bridgend, Port Talbot and Swansea, before crossing the finish line to a well-earned celebration after completing just over 60 miles.

Grab your workmates, friends or family, get outside, and raise vital funds — whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned pro.

Your £70 entry fee covers your place on the ride, and we ask every rider to raise a minimum of £[X] in sponsorship to help fund the charity's life-saving work.
