Local Heroes - Noah's Ark Children's Hospital Charity
The Noah’s Ark Children's Hospital Charity works to create brighter todays and better tomorrows for the 90,000 children cared for at the nation's children's hospital each year.

The charity ensures that treatment and outcomes for children can continue to improve by providing new and innovative medical equipment and helps make the hospital’s physical environment more child-friendly by funding facilities like a garden, sensory rooms and pull-down beds for parents. It also supports the work of the much-loved therapeutic and specialised play service and provides practical support by providing emergency admission packs to children and parents.
Thanks to people like you, the charity also runs a wellbeing service, consisting of counsellors, sparkle co-ordinators and a music therapist. For Lilah and her mum Lindsay from Penrhiwceiber, their support brought comfort, connection and moments of happiness and light during their difficult six month stay in hospital.

They need your help.
You can help make a difference in your community by volunteering at local events or supporting fundraising activities. Every bit of support helps children and families in your area.
