In memory of the husband of a colleague and close friend who recently lost her husband to cancer, St Clears Dental Studio will be holding a Macmillan coffee morning on Friday the 29th of September.

Our principle dentist, Dr Alex Portela, has many years of experience in screening patients for oral cancers, as well as having volunteered at a specialist cancer hospital, and has a number of patients who still thank her regularly for potentially saving their lives when she referred them for further investigation and treatment.

Alex will be handing out information and discussing the importance of regular checks for oral cancer, plus the importance of preventative dental screening.

We will not be charging entry, but would gratefully accept any donations that visitors make. Donations of baked goods and light snacks that can then be sold at the event would also be much appreciated.
