Nation Broadcasting’s Promotion 'Free Food Friday with The Lounge Ammanford' (‘Promotion’) is organised by Nation Broadcasting. The Promotion will run from Monday 27th April 2026 at 6am until Friday 22nd May 2026 at 2pm. One winning entry will be drawn at random between 2pm and 5pm each Friday from the Radio Carmarthenshire webpage.

The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Competition Terms’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
