As men sometimes it feels like we aren't even meant to have feelings, let alone talk about how we feel. But we know better than that. Everyone goes through hard times and there's no reason you have to do it alone. At SWAGGER we're making a group of guys who get it, who've been through it and are going through it.

This is a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and not just focused on emotions, we'll soon be starting group activities like walking, sports and games nights too.
